Source Provenance
Meeting, resource, news, and housing information may come from public directories, official provider pages, government or nonprofit sources, approved content providers, or information submitted by an authorized organization or community member. Reprieve does not treat every source as certified or independently verified.
Source types should be identified where the product has enough information to do so. Certified or accredited housing indicators describe the cited source's status; they are not a new certification issued by Reprieve.
Coverage and Limitations
Geographic coverage varies by feature, region, and source. Search results are not a complete directory of meetings, recovery residences, treatment, food assistance, or other services. Information can change between source updates.
Confirm schedules, eligibility, cost, availability, accreditation, and safety directly with the provider before traveling, paying, or relying on a listing.
Update Cadence and Corrections
Update frequency depends on the originating source. Automated imports may refresh on a schedule, while organization-provided and community-provided information changes when an authorized contributor updates it. Reprieve does not promise that every record is current.
Send corrections to [email protected] with the record name, location, source link, and the change you believe is needed. Do not email sensitive recovery or payment details unless support specifically requests them through an appropriate channel.
Product Availability
Reprieve and Homebase are presented through the Pathfinder program and controlled product rollout. A feature shown on this site may be available only to selected accounts, platforms, organizations, or subscription plans. Features that are not currently available are labeled as planned or future work where they are described.
Existing authorized Homebase customers can use the Homebase sign-in portal. Joining the Pathfinder List expresses interest; it does not guarantee immediate access or a release date.
Privacy and Role Boundaries
The private diary, daily tracker history, and sobriety start date are encrypted and stored on the resident's device rather than uploaded to Reprieve. Connected features—such as posts, messages, organization check-ins, housing records, and payments—use cloud services because they must be shared with the people authorized for that feature.
Homebase access is organized by authenticated organization membership and role. Owners and organization administrators have broader organization responsibilities; house managers are limited to assigned-house work. Interface visibility is not the security boundary—backend authorization rules and validated server operations enforce access.
Demonstration Data
Marketing screenshots and previews may use fictional names, balances, houses, check-ins, messages, and operational totals. Demonstration data illustrates a workflow and must not be interpreted as a real resident record, customer result, historical trend, clinical outcome, or case study.
Reprieve does not publish customer testimonials, pilot outcomes, or case studies without appropriate consent and evidence.
Website Measurement
The Pathfinder form records the page journey selected and limited campaign labels so Reprieve can understand which outreach leads to a completed request. Campaign links should use opaque, non-identifying labels. Do not include recovery status, health details, names, email addresses, or other sensitive information in a campaign label. Reprieve does not use this site for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Not Emergency or Professional Care
Reprieve is not emergency response, medical care, therapy, treatment placement, legal advice, accounting advice, or a guarantee that a provider is appropriate for a particular person. Visit Support for official crisis and treatment-referral resources.
Community safety controls are introduced in stages. When released, new posts and replies may require a Community Guidelines acknowledgment, and blocking may limit new interactions in supported areas. Those controls do not guarantee proactive monitoring, emergency intervention, review or removal of reported content, or universal hiding of historical content.
