Account Deletion

Use the resident app's deletion control when it is available, or ask Support for account-deletion help.

Delete From the App

If your version of the resident app shows the account-deletion control in Settings, recent authentication is required to use it. You can also use the Support request path below.

Request Help From Support

If you cannot use the app, email Support from the address associated with the account when possible. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. Do not include payment, location, diary, or other sensitive recovery details in an ordinary email.

What Resident Deletion Covers

If the coordinated resident full-account deletion process is available and completes successfully, Reprieve deletes the resident profile and shared sign-in identity, account-owned community posts and replies, private messages, submitted meeting and curfew check-ins, memberships, pending invitations, and the local Private Recovery Data keys and data on that device. The username is retired.

Homebase Owners

A Homebase owner must transfer ownership or complete the separate organization-closure process before removing Homebase access or completing resident full-account deletion. Closure is scheduled 30 days after the request and may be canceled before it takes effect.

Records That May Remain

Deletion does not promise removal of every record immediately. Limited financial, reconciliation, moderation, security, backup, organization-controlled, or legally required records may remain where appropriate.

Shared Sign-In

Reprieve and Homebase use one shared sign-in identity. Removing Homebase access only unlinks Homebase; it preserves the shared sign-in identity and the resident Reprieve account and data. Only a coordinated resident full-account deletion process that is available and completes successfully may end access to both products. That full-account deletion does not delete an owned Homebase workspace.
