Email supportIf your version of the resident app shows the Settings deletion control, you can use it after recent authentication. To start a resident deletion request outside the app, email support from the address associated with the account when possible. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
View account-deletion instructionsCommunity reports help us receive context. When released, blocking controls help limit new interactions and new content in supported areas, but they are not an emergency channel and do not promise immediate action, continuous monitoring, universal historical-content hiding, or removal. For follow-up, [email protected].
Contact community safetyIf your version of the resident app shows the account-deletion option in Settings, recent authentication is required. You can always use the Account Deletion page above to start a request. If the coordinated resident full-account deletion process is available and completes successfully, Reprieve removes the profile and associated app data described in the privacy policy. Homebase may retain limited payment, security, legal, backup, or organization-controlled records where appropriate. A Homebase owner must transfer ownership or complete the separate 30-day organization-closure process before removing Homebase access or completing resident full-account deletion. Reprieve and Homebase use one shared sign-in identity. Removing Homebase access only unlinks Homebase; it preserves the shared sign-in identity and the resident Reprieve account and data. Only a coordinated resident full-account deletion process that is available and completes successfully may end access to both products. That full-account deletion does not delete an owned Homebase workspace. Use the resident app's deletion control when it is available, or contact support when the request should include resident data.
Check spam or promotions folders and confirm the email address was entered correctly. If the message is still missing, wait a moment and resubmit once; repeated rapid submissions are limited for security.
No. Your private diary, daily recovery check-ins and tracker history, and sobriety start date are encrypted and stored only on your device. Reprieve does not send them to Homebase, a recovery residence, staff, or other users. Information you intentionally submit through a separate feature—such as a post, message, or organization check-in—follows that feature's visibility rules.
Forum posts appear under the username you choose, and Reprieve does not display your legal name or email on the post. A username, optional profile image, or details you share may still identify you, so avoid posting information you want to keep private.
When released, Reprieve requires acknowledgment of the current Community Guidelines before someone creates a new post or reply. Blocking is private to the person who sets it. New direct messages can be rejected if either participant has blocked the other, and supported Android views can hide new content from a blocked member. These safeguards are not emergency intervention and do not guarantee a response, removal, or universal hiding of historical content.
Reprieve includes search tools for AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery, Recovery Dharma, and SMART Recovery meetings. Events and Meetups is a separate community room where members can discuss local activities; it is not a dedicated event directory. Meeting details can change, so confirm important information with the meeting organizer before traveling.
With your device permission, location is used only when you initiate a supported meeting or curfew check-in. The saved check-in record can include the result, method, date and time, related meeting or house, and review status, but it does not retain your device's exact latitude or longitude. Manual meeting entries can also retain the meeting name, date, time, and description you submit for authorized staff review. Check-ins are self-reported unless a record is specifically marked as staff-reviewed or catalog-matched.
Private Recovery Data has no Reprieve cloud backup. Clearing app storage, deleting the app, losing or replacing the device, removing the device security key, or certain device failures may permanently erase it, and Reprieve cannot restore it.
Homebase is the companion platform for authorized recovery-residence owners and staff. If you accept an organization invitation, housing, check-in, rent, and related administrative records may be available to authorized staff according to their role and assigned-house scope. Private-message content is limited to the participants in that thread.
If your connected recovery residence enables electronic payments, Reprieve may let you review the payment amount requested by the organization and authorize a supported payment method. The organization controls rent and organization-imposed housing charges. Reprieve does not store full card or bank-account numbers.
No. Reprieve provides recovery tools and resource information. It does not replace medical care, therapy, emergency services, legal advice, or accounting advice.
